Messages: 136. Location: MW Iowa. My 315L is running hot, it takes about 30-45 minutes in 90 degree weather and you have to let it cool off. I've washed the radiator out with a hose and nozzle but when it comes home I'm going to hit it with the pressure washer. It appears to be clean and water goes through the radiator with a garden hose easily.
Overheating can cause a number of problems to the engine. Some of the most common problems from overheating are: • An overheated cylinder head can crush the head gasket and restrict coolant flow to the cylinders. • Overheating can cause the camshaft to swell and then break. • Overheating can cause damage to the bearings and crankshaft.
Beat the Heat. There are two ways to solve overheating problems in hydraulic systems: decrease heat load or increase heat dissipation. Hydraulic systems dissipate heat through the reservoir. Therefore, check the reservoir fluid level and if low, fill to the correct level. Check that there are no obstructions to airflow around the reservoir ...
About Excavator Problem Overheating . Engine Oil Leaks - What Causes Leaks and How to Fix Them. Can't find the cause of the overheating . Overheating can be caused by poor power quality, or a high temperature operating environment. Get back on the job in no time. It sounds like you have a driver problem or a physical GPU problem.
Features At A Glance. High Performance. The C7.1 twin turbo engine reliably delivers power to the pumps for maximum production. The electrohydraulic system responds quickly and efficiently to the task at hand. Match the excavator to the job with three power modes – Power, Smart, and Eco. Power mode is maximum power all the time.
Low-pressure fluid transfer: 15%. If the system is a simple circuit with fluid motors and has an electrical motor input horsepower of 30hp: 30hp x 0.31 = 9.3hp. The tank needs to dissipate at least 9.3hp or the system will overheat. Keep in mind that if your system pressure is above 1000psi and the tank is sized for 3 times or less pump output ...

long island. hi everyone. my 312 keeps overheating. its used primarily for house demolition, i believe it is the dust clogging up the radiator. i run it at about 70% power and it will over heat within 20 minutes or so. (once its warmed up) bring it down to 30% power and idle, it cools down to a good range with in 5 min. and 20 min of use ...
excessive oil will froth up and over heat failing motors and drives will pass oil under pressure which contributes to over heating of the oil if the oil is cooled by engine coolant through an heat exchanger that will add to a radiator that has less that sufficient capacity to …
The reasons are complex and often difficult to handle. In view of the excessive oil temperature of the XEM220LC hydraulic excavator, the following analysis can be made and solutions are put forward. (1) the heat sink efficiency of the radiator is low. The heat sink area can be increased by 8cm2, and the temperature difference between the inlet ...

We recently acquired a Used 330DL excavator. The Machine started overheating after one our Operation and shutting down. We removed the radiator for Clean by pressure. Checked that the Cooling fan speed was responding well. We have also checked the Coolant circulation pump which run ok. the problem still persist.

Here are our health tips to prevent your getting too hot: Move them to a cool and well-ventilated place. If the already shows signs of heat, you can moisten their head, neck and back to cool them down and reduce their temperature. This can be done by moistening a face towel or flannel with cool water.
Common fault analysis and troubleshooting of excavator. 1. Hydraulic system heating caused by external causes. For example, the engine of the PC200-7 excavate hydraulic pump is connected by a damping damper inside the shock absorber. When dealing with the thermal failure of an excavator hydraulic system, it was found that the ...
